All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our inventory in Miami, Florida, United States.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after the cutoff are processed starting the next business day.
Orders may occasionally be processed on weekends or major holidays, but this is not guaranteed.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more after discounts, before taxes and shipping charges.
For free standard shipping, Magic City Trading selects the carrier and service, which may include USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx Ground.
Free shipping cannot be combined with certain discount codes. Any applicable exclusion will be stated in the terms of the discount or promotion.
Orders below the qualifying threshold, or using a discount code that excludes free shipping, will have shipping charges calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Expedited shipping options, when available, cost extra.
Delivery Estimates
Total delivery time includes order processing and carrier transit time. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing, followed by transit time for your selected shipping service.
Carrier transit time begins after the carrier receives your package. An expedited shipping service speeds up carrier transit; it does not eliminate order processing time.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Magic City Trading. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and service disruptions may affect delivery.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has been prepared for shipment.
After a shipping label is created, please allow time for the carrier to receive and scan the package before tracking updates appear.
A tracking number being assigned does not necessarily mean the carrier has received the package.
Carrier Delays & Lost Packages
If tracking shows a significant delay or you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact support@magiccitytrading.com with your order number.
We will review the shipment and assist with the appropriate next steps, including working with the shipping carrier when appropriate.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@magiccitytrading.com within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the affected product
Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
A photograph of the packing slip, if included
Please retain the product and all original shipping materials while your claim is being reviewed.
Damaged, defective, and incorrect-order claims are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by applicable law.
Order Cancellations
We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been placed.
To request a cancellation, contact support@magiccitytrading.com as soon as possible and include your order number. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
We do not charge a cancellation fee. If a cancellation is approved, we will refund the full amount paid for the canceled items, including applicable taxes and any shipping charges attributable to those items, to the original payment method within 3 calendar days.
Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Requests received outside customer service hours will be reviewed during the next available business period.
